When will my credit card be charged?
Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive notification by e-mail if the payment was approved.

Has my order been shipped?
You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.

How do I track my order?
If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you can track the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order.

I forgot my account password. How do I retrieve it?
If you forgot your password, you can retrieve it by clicking on the Forgot Password link on the Order Status page or during the checkout process while placing a new order.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is available on the Terms of Sale agreement.

What is the Florida Resale Sales Tax Exempt Certificate?
“Do you have a “Florida Resale Sales Tax Exempt Certificate”. If so, please email it to us. support@greatskinss.com
You will be billed and debited with tax on products only, excluding shipping.
